Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $2,016 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Columbus, Indiana, starting 09/21/2026. You’ll work 40 hours per week on a 5×8 schedule (8‑hour shifts) helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while enjoying the city’s architecture, riverfront parks, and nearby attractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions.
• Maintain professional licensure and complete state‑mandated continuing education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑accredited school.
• Active state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required (AHA or ARC).
• Maintain licensure in good standing and fulfill all state continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an accredited PT degree, possess a current state license, and be prepared to meet BLS and continuing‑education obligations.

Pay
