Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $1,992 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in Arizona to work in an Outpatient setting. This is a 13-week travel contract position.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Outpatient experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (Arizona)
