Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $1,979 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in Maine to work in an Outpatient setting on a travel contract basis.

About the role

This 13-week travel assignment in Hampden, Maine, starts on September 7, 2026. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Outpatient experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (or in the immediate process of obtaining)
