Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. The assignment begins 10/19/2026, lasts 13 weeks, and is based in Greeley, Colorado. Greeley offers Front Range convenience and nearby outdoor recreation, including the Union Colony Civic Center, Greeley History Museum, proximity to Fort Collins, Rocky Mountain National Park (~70 mi west), Boyd Lake State Park (~25 mi), the Poudre River Trail corridor, and Island Grove Regional Park.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Conduct 5×8‑minute evaluations and 30‑minute follow‑up visits.
• Work in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑accredited school.
• Active state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required (AHA or ARC).
