Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $1,950 per week

About the role

Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring safe and effective care focused on patient recovery and functional mobility. The position requires a licensed physical therapist with outpatient clinical experience to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients

• Ensure safe and effective care focused on patient recovery and functional mobility
• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop treatment plans
• Perform timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines
• Participate in student programs, providing supervision and guidance
• Maintain a professional development plan aligned with organizational goals
• Adhere to State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing
• Apply clinical reasoning to optimize patient outcomes and align with performance improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate strong safety awareness in all aspects of patient and staff safety, including safe patient handling, infectious diseases, slip/trip prevention, and work environment safety

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
• 1+ Years of Outpatient Clinical Experience
• CPR Certification
• Active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed
• Successful completion of an assignment with the agency or organization previously (highly desired)
• Successfully completed an assignment with the organization previously (nice to have)
