Uniti Med is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 2-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026 in Springfield, Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Vermont
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
