Travel Physical Therapist Outpatient - $1,906 per week

Zack Group is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 21, 2026, in Gun Barrel City, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current state or equivalent compact license.
• At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience.
• Active or pending state license as an Physical Therapy - PT.
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy - PT.
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
