Travel Physical Therapist – Neurological & Orthopedic - $2,245 per week

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid Oklahoma license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current registration as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing physical therapy practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
