Travel Physical Therapist – Medical Rehabilitation - $2,467 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel contract at an inpatient rehabilitation facility in Lynnwood, WA.

Responsibilities

• Work in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
• Provide physical therapy services to patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and progress regularly
• Document patient care and treatment outcomes accurately

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Active PT license required (license required if applicable)
• AHA certifications required
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Qualifications

• Candidates must not reside within 60 miles of the facility
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are currently employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible

Skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
