Travel Physical Therapist, Medical Rehabilitation - $2,445 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Lynnwood, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Washington.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM-CPT certification preferred.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
