Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Ada, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a med-surg setting.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist License.
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR (preferred).

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,480.00

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
