Travel Physical Therapist – LTC/SNF - $1,890 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Cottonwood, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient conditions and progress, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• At least one year of experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company.
