About the role
A travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist position is available in Oakland, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Perform physical therapy treatments and assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in LTC or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Experience with mobility aids and equipment
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
