Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $1,940 per week

About the role

The client in White Plains, Maryland is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract position starting immediately. The role is for Long Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a LTC/SNF setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.
