Travel Physical Therapist - Long Term Care - $2,561 per week

Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Pay
