Travel Physical Therapist, Long Term Care - $2,396 per week

Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist position available in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

Pay
