Travel Physical Therapist - Long Term Care - $2,377 per week

AHS Staffing is seeking a qualified Travel Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) assignment in Ada, Oklahoma.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel assignment starting 08/24/2026, with a schedule of 5 x 8-hour day shifts (40 hours per week).

Pay

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,377.20 (includes projected hourly wages and weekly per diems for eligible clinicians)
• Weekly Wages: $1,131.20
• Weekly Meals & Incidental Per Diem: $476.00
• Housing Per Diem: $770.00
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week)

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence
