About the role
Anders Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Ada, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Oklahoma.
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
