AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026, in Ada, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation
