Travel Physical Therapist - Long Term Care - $2,164 per week
AHS Staffing is seeking a qualified Travel Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) assignment in Moore, Oklahoma.
About the role
This is a 13-week travel assignment starting 08/24/2026, with a schedule of 5 x 8-hour day shifts per week (40 hours total).
Estimated weekly pay breakdown:
- Weekly wages: $918.00
- Weekly meals & incidental per diem: $476.00
- Housing per diem: $770.00
- Total estimated weekly pay: $2,164.00
Note: Weekly estimated pay is for informational purposes and includes projected hourly wages plus housing, meals, and incidental per diems for eligible clinicians. Tax-free stipend amounts are subject to confirmation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence
