Supplemental Health Care is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for contract assignments at a long term acute care facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines.
• Use effective communication skills when working with patients, their families, and other caregivers.
• May be asked to delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Oklahoma
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
