Travel Physical Therapist, Long Term Acute Care - $2,046 per week

Supplemental Health Care is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for contract assignments at a long-term acute care facility in Sylvania, Ohio.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract with the possibility of extension at a long-term acute care facility. The position requires 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other caregivers.
• Delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians as needed.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Ohio.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel.

Pay

$1,860 - $2,046 per week. Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
