Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures
• Document patient care activities accurately using Nethealth and PointClickCare
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a therapist
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a therapeutic training program
• Pass a background check and drug screening
