Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress in the Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Minnesota.
• Completion of an approved physical therapy program.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.

Schedule

Days, 5, 8-Hour shifts: 07:00 - 15:00.
