Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• Current license to practice therapy in TN
• Basic knowledge of therapeutic techniques relevant to SNF setting
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical, occupational, or speech-language pathology program
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
