Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and rehabilitation services in a SNF/LTC facility with 160 beds.

Pay

$2,113.20 to $2,306.00 weekly, including taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment.
• Day shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (08:00 - 16:30).
• Start date: 08/17/2026.
