Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
• Document patient progress using Meditech charting system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical, Occupational, or Speech-Language Pathologist
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passing scores on the NCLEX examination
