We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Carry out evaluations and assessments of patients, developing tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records using the EPIC charting system.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment protocols and progress.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including protocols for COVID-19.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania or a compact license.
- EPIC experience required.
- Covid-19 vaccination required; medical and religious exemptions allowed.
- Flu vaccination required; medical exemptions only.
