About the role
The position involves providing physical therapy services to patients in a community stroke and rehab center setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients with various conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- 40 hours per week
- 8 hours per shift
- Must have 1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist
- Current State Licensure
- Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana
