Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assess patient needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Utilize standard rehab equipment and advanced therapy devices.
• Assist patients in relearning activities of daily living and mobility.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
