Travel Physical Therapist, Inpatient Rehabilitation - $2,296 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Gilbert, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification preferred.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
