Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, located in Spokane, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct assessments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Valid Allied license in hand
• Charting System Experience: Required - AnyPatient Ratio Experience
• Previous Charge Experience
• 2 References covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Travel Experience Required
• Valid WA or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
