Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation - $2,260 per week

About the role

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The role involves working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, and requires 1 year of experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff
• Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility
• Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within respective state
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines

Requirements

• BLS certification
• State-specific licensing
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience; new grads are encouraged to apply

Skills

PTs should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty.

Benefits

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
