About the Role

Focus Staff is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in Crown Point, IN. This position requires at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting and offers a 40-hour workweek with 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services in accordance with the assigned setting and contract requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist (2 years preferred).
  • Valid Indiana Physical Therapist license.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Pay

Competitive pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, including a tax-free stipend (exact amount to be determined). Pay is subject to factors such as guaranteed hours, travel distance, demand, and experience.
