Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation - $2,098 per week

Uniti Med is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Crown Point, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Indiana.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience working in a hospital or similar healthcare facility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.

Pay
