About the role
Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Wichita, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
- Valid Kansas License.
- BLS Certification.
- Preferred 2 years of experience.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current registration as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kansas.
- Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in using medical software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
