Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in South Williamson, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 1+ year of Physical Therapist experience required.
- Inpatient setting experience required.
- Kentucky PT License required.
- BLS certification required.
