Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab - $2,673 per week

Solomon Page is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lebanon, Indiana, starting on 10/05/2026. The role involves working closely with patients to create personalized care plans, documenting medical history and progress, and collaborating with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with patients to learn about their conditions and create personalized care plans.
• Consistently document patient medical history and progress.
• Communicate patient problems to supervisors and other team members.

Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts during the day (5x8 Days).

Pay

Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,673.
