Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab - $2,469 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission-certified staffing agency, is seeking a quality Physical Therapist for an assignment with one of our top healthcare clients in Medford, Oregon. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting 11/23/2026, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with passed NPTE
• Graduated from an accredited school
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the application process for current state licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Other requirements as determined by client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, restrictions, and rehabilitation potential
• Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction
• Set realistic and achievable patient goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods
• Develop plan of care for each physical therapy patient
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet physical therapy intervention goals
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
