Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab - $2,206 per week
Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for Inpatient Rehab with at least 2 years of acute care/inpatient rehab experience and an NC PT license.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of acute care/inpatient rehab experience required
- NC Board of Physical Therapy License required if applicable
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- BLS certification required
- Experience with assessment, body mechanics, and orthopedic and neurologic conditions
- Skilled in developing home exercise programs and providing patient/family education
Benefits
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
About the Role
Shift: Days, 5x8s, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Patient population includes orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical cases such as total hip/knee replacement, spinal surgery, stroke rehabilitation, and traumatic brain injury
Utilizes safe patient handling equipment and techniques to facilitate patient mobility
Qualifications

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
