About the role

Travel Physical Therapist assignment in Richmond, Virginia at a Skilled Nursing Facility. 13-week contract starting 08/17/2026, 40 hours per week (8-hour day shifts).

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their plan of care
• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for patients
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve their condition
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

• Active Virginia state license or compact license with ability to obtain Virginia licensure
• At least 1 year of recent Physical Therapist experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

SNF travel experience preferred.
