- To qualify, your primary residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility address.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Additional certifications related to the specialty (if applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Physical Therapy
