We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract position focusing on both inpatient and home health settings in Cody, Wyoming. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential rehabilitation services to patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in both inpatient and home health settings.
• Utilize electronic medical records systems, including EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro.
• Travel to patient homes using company-provided vehicles for home health visits.

Schedule

• Hours: 36 hours per week (12‑hour shifts)
