Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient

About the role

Travel Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing plans of care for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of PTAs and support staff.
• Bill within facility guidelines and ensure compliance with state PT board rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with medical personnel to develop team-focused care plans.
• Assess patients, modify plans as needed, and utilize medical equipment.
• Perform accurate documentation adhering to guidelines and utilize computer systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged).
• Current state licensure and BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Schedule

Ability to work 10-hour rotating shifts, with a focus on providing quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
