Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 8, 2026, located in Kealakekua, Hawaii. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a 5x8 day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in Hawaii
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
