Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation - $2,138 per week

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 8, 2026, in Kealakekua, Hawaii. The position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and benefits including holiday pay, a 401k retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient treatments and progress.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (therapy).
• Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Pay and Schedule

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
