American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment working a Tuesday–Saturday schedule in Alexandria, Virginia. This inpatient acute rehabilitation setting (not SNF or LTC) focuses on neurological patient populations.

• Start Date: August 3, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 8-hour shifts
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Setting: Inpatient acute rehabilitation (not SNF or LTC)
• Patient Population: CVA, brain injury (BI), and spinal cord injury (SCI) — neurological focus
• Coverage for 1 minor holiday required during the 13-week contract

Requirements

• 1–2 years of inpatient acute rehab experience required (SNF and LTC experience does not meet this requirement)
• Experience with neurological patient populations including CVA, BI, and SCI
• Knowledge of Care Tool scoring preferred
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• License verification required if applicable
• Copies of certifications required for consideration
• Candidate date of birth and last 4 digits of SSN are required for consideration
