Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient Acute Care - $2,550 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with inpatient acute experience for a 13-week contract at a Level II Trauma Center.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and assessing referred patients and formulating individualized treatment plans
• Suspending physical therapy assistants and aides
• Collaborating with medical staff, case managers, social workers, and adjusters

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Inpatient acute care experience required
• Graduate of a nationally accredited school of physical therapy required
• Current Idaho Physical Therapy License required; license required if applicable
• AHA BLS certification required
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to maintain prolonged standing and/or sitting positions

Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted.
