for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning examples, not exhaustive. So we could add another heading like "About the company". However, they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding a company description section might be thin but still substantive. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph.
We already have About the role paragraph that includes the company name. That's enough.
Check for any duplicated lines: we removed duplicates like "Requirements*" etc.
Check for any boilerplate: we removed the "Posted job title: Physical Therapists - PT THER - Travel" etc. Also removed the "TotalMed Allied Job ID #1509962." etc.
Check for any mention of "cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning": none.
Check for any "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD": we have "tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's similar to TBD but it's actual statement; we cannot omit because it's substantive. The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The phrase "tax-free stipend amount to be determined" is not exactly TBD but indicates amount TBD. It's still stating something about stipend. It's okay.
Check for any "Requirements*: BLS, 2 Years * Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment." We captured BLS and additional certifications.
We also captured "Must have BLS and state-specific licensing." Good.
Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The description of TotalMed Allied (the paragraph about them being top ten etc.) We omitted that. Is that substantive? It's about the company. Could be considered boilerplate but it's descriptive of the agency. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This company description is not those; it's about the agency. Might be considered relevant. However, the instruction also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding a company description section might be thin but still substantive. Could we incorporate into About the role? Already we have "TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist..." That's the start. The rest of the company description could be added as a paragraph after that. Let's add a short paragraph about TotalMed Allied after the About the role paragraph, maybe as part of same section.
We'll adjust About the role to include two paragraphs: first about the job, second about the agency.
Let's craft:
About the role
TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an immediate assignment in Manchester, New Hampshire. The position is a travel therapy role lasting 8 weeks, with 40 hours per week on 8‑hour day shifts.
TotalMed Allied is a Top Ten travel nursing and healthcare staffing agency that places nurses, therapists, pharmacists, and other clinicians in all 50 states, offering local and travel jobs and focusing on putting highly‑skilled staff into facilities to ensure adequate staffing and a better patient experience.
That covers company description. Now ensure we didn't include any fluff like "Throughout 2020, the organization filled roles at even the most short-staffed facilities during the most challenging time in healthcare." That's extra detail but still substantive. Could include but might be considered fluff. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that detail if it's substantive. It's about the organization's track record. It's not boilerplate; it's specific info about 2020. We could include it. However, we must avoid too many thin sections. Adding another sentence to the existing paragraph is fine. Let's incorporate that sentence: "Throughout 2020, the organization filled roles at even the most short-staffed facilities during the most challenging time in healthcare." Add to the second paragraph. Now final HTML. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed "Benefits start day 1" we kept as list item. Check for any duplicated lines: we have
