• Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance, under physician direction.
• Set realistic and achievable patient goals; document and record patient condition; educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet physical therapy intervention goals.
